Refund Policy.
The buyer can request a refund of the money paid for purchases in the following cases:

Exchange and Return Policy.
-Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it includes all products that we display on our store in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
-The customer can request to return the product with a refund of the amount paid or a replacement if it arrives broken as a result of shipping or has a manufacturing defect, as we will bear all expenses related to the return.
-However, if the reason for requesting a return is not wanting to keep the product, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
